Your new role
We are looking for analysts with an excellent experience in corporate actions processes, proxy voting, settlement and: System Integration Testing (including functional & E2E Testing), User Acceptance Testing (including Operation and Business Workflow testing), Non-functional testing (Lead/Volume and performance testing). The role has extraordinary exposure to: corporate actions, proxy voting, swift and settlement. The incumbent has to possess perfect understanding of business and functional requirements for the given project. The role includes building the necessary business scenarios, operational workflows, break down further detailed functional and E2E test packs along with required Test Data in line with the organization standards. You would be also responsible for leading the preparation on the test strategy and planning, providing test concepts, documenting test results and reporting to test manager. Performing user acceptance tests, provide test results for sign offs, proactive participation in peer reviews of the Business Scenarios & Test cases and implementing suitable automation/performance test & strategy are also included in tasks of the role.
What you'll need to succeed
Perfect candidate should have proven experience in testing roles, excellent knowledge of settlement, corporate actions, proxy voting and SWIFT (56x messages), technology knowledge and expertise and profound knowledge of methods and tools for functional specifications. We are looking for a person holding at least Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, successful candidate should have at least 7 years of relevant work experience. Following areas of experience are considered as an additional asset: experience and knowledge of custody domain (both global and domestic custody), experience in corporate actions processing in at least one of the Western European markets (Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain) or experience in tax processing in at least one of the above listed countries. Experience in Target2:Securities Settlement processing would be also a strong advantage.
