Zadania:
Do zakresu obowiązków osoby na tym stanowisku należeć będzie:
dedykowana obsługa dwóch firm pod względem rekrutacyjnym i rozwoju kontaktu z Klientem,
spotkania z Klientem w Magdeburgu (Niemcy) i Borgloon (Belgia),
określanie z Klientem zapotrzebowania na pracowników i dokładnych oczekiwań Klienta względem współpracy,
dbanie o przepływ informacji pomiędzy Klientem zagranicznym a centralą (przekazywanie informacji o godzinach przepracowanych przez pracowników tymczasowych, nieobecnościach i innych kwestiach kadrowych),
rekrutacja pracowników tymczasowych dla Klienta – spawaczy, pracowników produkcji, sprzątaczy, brygadzistów, sprzedawców,
przygotowywanie umów i dokumentacji kadrowej dla pracowników tymczasowych (umowy, skierowania na badania, poświadczenie ubezpieczenia),
bieżący kontakt z pracownikami tymczasowymi, odnośnie umów, warunków mieszkaniowych, nieobecności, godzin, zaliczek itp. (z pominięciem naliczania płac).
Wymagania:
bardzo dobra znajomość języka niemieckiego (warunek konieczny),
czynne prawo jazdy,
gotowość do wyjazdów do Belgii i Niemiec (minimum raz na miesiąc),
minimum 3 letnie doświadczenie w procesach rekrutacyjnych na stanowiska produkcyjne,
silne nastawienie na realizację celów.
Mile widziane:
znajomość branży prefabrykatów betonowych,
dobra znajomość języka angielskiego,
wykształcenie wyższe,
doświadczenie w prowadzeniu rekrutacji dla kontraktów zagranicznych.
