Główne obowiązki:
Samodzielna realizacja projektów rekrutacyjnych w branży IT poprzez:
Aktywne poszukiwanie talentów z zastosowaniem wybranych metod,
Prowadzenie pełnego procesu selekcji i weryfikacji,
Kontakt z Klientami w sprawie realizowanych projektów,
Raporty, zestawienia, analizy,
Pełne angażowanie się w rozwój firmy oraz kolegów i koleżanek w zespole.
Wymagania:
Minimum 2-letnie i aktualne doświadczenie w kompleksowej realizacji projektów rekrutacyjnych w branży IT,
Wykształcenie wyższe,
Bardzo dobra znajomość j. angielskiego – warunek konieczny,
Umiejętność obsługi programów MS Word i Excel oraz swobodnego poruszania się w internecie,
Gotowość do wyjścia poza schematy,
Łatwość nawiązywania kontaktów interpersonalnych,
Kreatywność, konsekwencja w dążeniu do celu, asertywność,
Wysokie zdolności komunikacyjne oraz umiejętność pracy w zespole.
