Zadania na stanowisku:
samodzielne prowadzenie procesu rekrutacji i selekcji kandydatów na stanowiska produkcyjne i techniczne
publikacja ogłoszeń, prowadzenie rozmów rekrutacyjnych, sporządzanie raportów z przeprowadzonych działań
współpraca z holenderskimi oddziałami (przyjmowanie zapotrzebowań na rekrutację, ustalanie trybu rekrutacji)
prowadzenie aktywnych działań rekrutacyjnych (m.in. rekrutacje terenowe, poszukiwania alternatywnych źródeł pozyskania kandydatów)
Od kandydatów oczekujemy:
doświadczenie w rekrutacji pracowników na rynek europejski
umiejętność prowadzenia kilku projektów jednocześnie, wielozadaniowość
dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
prawo jazdy kat. B będzie dodatkowym atutem
