Na tym stanowisku będziesz odpowiedzialny za selekcję CV, weryfikację profili kandydatów, sprawdzanie kompetencji językowych oraz częściowo za procesy zatrudniania.
Kluczowe obowiązki:
Selekcja CV i wybór kandydatów
Prowadzenie rozmów kwalifikacyjnych z kandydatami
Weryfikacja znajomości języka niemieckiego
Wsparcie w bieżących zadaniach działu rekrutacji
Koordynowanie procesu rozmów kwalifikacyjnych z menedżerami zatrudniającymi
Współpraca z agencjami rekrutacyjnymi
Wymagania:
Znajomość języka niemieckiego na poziomie minimum C1
Mile widziana znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B2 lub wyższym
Wcześniejsze doświadczenie na stanowisku rekrutera będzie dodatkowym atutem
Dyspozycyjność w pełnym wymiarze godzin (40 godzin tygodniowo)
