Obowiązki:

Budowanie oraz zarządzanie bazą kandydatów dopasowaną do potencjału klienta
Samodzielne prowadzenie procesów rekrutacyjnych na stanowiska niższego i średniego szczebla dla wiodących Klientów firmy
Budowanie trwałych relacji z klientem oraz rozwijanie współpracy poprzez poszukiwanie nowych możliwości świadczenia usług przez Adecco
Praca nad doskonaleniem bieżących metod rekrutacyjnych
Bieżąca obsługa Klientów, Kandydatów i Pracowników firmy
Wsparcie administracyjne

Wymagania:

Wykształcenie wyższe (mile widziane kierunkowe np.: z zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi, socjologii lub pokrewne)
Min. roczne doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku
Zainteresowanie tematyką miękkiego HR
Sumienność, dokładność, zaangażowanie
Dobra organizacja czasu pracy, umiejętność ustalania priorytetów i wielozadaniowość
Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
Czynne prawo jazdy kat. B
Znajomość języka angielskiego - mile widziana
