redagowanie i publikacja ogłoszeń o aktualnych ofertach pracy
porządkowanie, analiza i selekcja cv
przeprowadzenie wstępnych telefonicznych rozmów z kandydatami
organizacja i prowadzenie spotkań rekrutacyjnych
aktywne pozyskiwanie kandydatów do pracy
aktywne i samodzielne prowadzenie bezpośrednich rekrutacji (spotkania z przedstawicielami lokalnych społeczności, samorządów, etc.)
doradztwo i budowanie pozytywnych relacji, a także współpraca z menadżerami wewnętrznymi
współpraca z Urzędami Pracy, Agencjami rekrutacyjnymi, Biurami karier
Wymagania
minimum rok doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku
wykształcenie wyższe
znajomość pakietu MS Office
bardzo dobra organizacja pracy własnej i samodzielność w wykonywaniu zadań
wysoka kultura osobista i zdolności interpersonalne
gotowość do bardzo częstych wyjazdów służbowych
prawo jazdy kat. B
