Osoba zatrudniona na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za:
realizację procesów rekrutacji i selekcji na stanowiska niższego i średniego szczebla, a w szczególności: poszukiwanie metod pozyskania odpowiednich kandydatów do pracy, preselekcję aplikacji rekrutacyjnych, prowadzenie bazy danych kandydatów, organizację i przeprowadzanie rozmów kwalifikacyjnych,
podejmowanie czynności związanych z zatrudnieniem nowych pracowników,
prowadzenie dokumentacji kadrowo-płacowej.
Od kandydatów oczekujemy:
wykształcenia wyższego,
doświadczenia w samodzielnym prowadzeniu procesów rekrutacji,
wiedzy z zakresu prawa pracy, ubezpieczeń społecznych i ochrony danych osobowych,
komunikatywnej znajomości języka angielskiego,
bardzo dobrej umiejętności obsługi komputera (pakiet Office),
