Samodzielne prowadzenie projektów rekrutacyjnych w obszarze IT
Aktywne pozyskiwanie i poszukiwanie kandydatów
Budowanie i utrzymywanie długofalowych relacji z kandydatami i pracownikami
Poszukiwanie nowych metod docierania do kandydatów
Aktualizacja firmowej bazy kandydatów

Wymagania:
Wykształcenie wyższe
Min. 2 letnie doświadczenie w samodzielnej realizacji projektów rekrutacyjnych w obszarze IT (warunek konieczny)
Znajomość metodyk i narzędzi wspierających proces rekrutacji
Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie
Umiejętność organizacji własnej pracy
Wysokie umiejętności interpersonalne
Kreatywność, sumienność i odpowiedzialność za powierzone zadania
