For our Client, an international manufacturing company, we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities:
- Management over purchasing, production planning, materials flow, warehousing & customer service
- Lead and manage the Supply Chain Services (Procurment, planning, warehouse)
- To manage the supply chain resources to satisfy customer expectation in delivery
- To optimize attainment of the production plan at or below pre-determined cost levels
- Enhancing relationships with assigned suppliers and customer. Identifying strategic initiatives to enhance supplier performance
- To give clear and effective leadership to direct reports
- To constantly seek 'cost down' opportunity without detriment to capacity or quality
Requirements:
- Higher education
- 5-10 years of experience in supply chain in production company (Automotive or Electronics will be asset)
- Strong management skills
- Fluent command of English and Polish is a must
- High interpersonal skills
- Strong team building skills
- Experience in a manufacturing area is a must,
- The successful candidate will need to be able to lead and motivate employees and have strong and effective working relationships within the Operational Teams
- Strong organizational and influencing skills are also a pre-requisite as well as remaining calm under pressure are also essential
- The job holder should also be able to communicate well internally and externally, at all levels of the business. Salary adequate to knowledge and skills;
