Support Engineers for Networking with German/Dutch/French.

Support Engineer for Networking with German/Dutch/French

Scope of duties:
- Provide remote technical support to clients,
- Identify root cause of incidents,
- Ensure resolution of incidents and service requests,
- Review the recurring or high impact incidents and manage them through problem management process,
- Participate in performance reviews, identify causes of performance shortcomings and provide suggestions for improvement;
Requirements:
- About 2 years of experience required on similar position or administration/2nd line of support,
- Networking experience is a necessary requirement,
- Experience supporting clients with any of the following technologies: Cisco, BlueCoat, Juniper, F5, Aruba, Nortel, Extrem, Alcatel, Infoblox, Avaya, Genesys, Polycom, Tandberg, HP, VMware, EMC, NetApp, CheckPoint, RSA,
- Fluent English and German/Dutch/French;
