For our client, international, Dutch-registered company, we are looking for:

System Administration Specialist
Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Within this role you would provide expertise on Active Directory and virtual system integration, support the Data Center, Infrastructure, Network and participate in the design and review of distributed Microsoft Windows Infrastructure. The role also involves support and troubleshooting Windows Active Directory, Hyper-V, VMWare, Citrix, Backup, and other activities as well as managing and monitoring Windows servers and Microsoft systems. The incumbent would also respond to server monitoring system alerts to evaluate and remedy identified problems, participate in the development of written project plans, task schedules and system design documents. The responsibilities also include preparing and recommending policy to the CITO regarding servers and technical related issues and ensuring that systems and processes meet regulatory requirements globally and oversee controls that ensure policy compliance.

Successful candidate should hold at least Bachelor’s Degree in IT or other related field and have at least 5 years of experience in enterprise-level IT operations and support. You should be also experienced in various operations systems (including MS Windows Server 2000/2003/2008/2012). Advanced knowledge of Hyper-V and VMWare ESC, TCP/IP and associated application as well as intermediate knowledge of Linux/UNIX is also required. You should also know how to configure and administrate ADCS, DHCP, DNS, IIS, NPS, RMS, SQL Server, Load balancing and Active Directory. Previous experience with e-mail protocols, MS Exchange/Lync would be an asset. The role also requires in-depth experience in automating manual processes using scripting languages (PowerShell preferred, Visual Basic, WinBatch). Fluent level of English is required as well.
