Your new company

Global company located in Germany – Teltow (near to Berlin). The company is a service and solution provider for information and communication technology, which supports more than 6,000 customers in the design, planning, construction and operation of enterprise IT infrastructures and thus achieve their business objectives.

Your new role
 
You will be responsible for administration of business unit Services. Moreover, your daily tasks will include implementation of operational tasks, ensuring uninterrupted service (infrastructure design, preventive maintenance), early detection of fault conditions (monitoring and event management). You will be also responsible for documenting IT processes and developing the overall solution in close consultation with the customer. This role contains consultation with the customer regarding the implementation of new / changing business needs too.

What you'll need to succeed
 
To be successful in this role you will have minimum 3 years of professional experience in similar position and good knowledge of Windows / Linux environment . An ideal Candidate should be familiar with CISCO technologies. Fluent English and knowledge about Network are required.
