- Support the implementation of the standardized ordering process in 4 countries (Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Hungary)
- Analyzing the processes, and finding the possibilities by using the suitable tools to improve the efficiency
- Provide improvements of centralized ordering processes based on insightful analysis
- Searching for new innovative methods to improve ordering process
- Cooperate daily with the teams members and support them to achieve the objective
- High School Education with graduation, University degree
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, SQL, VBA will be an asset
- Great command of English
- Strong understanding of Customer needs
- Experience in logistic will be an asset
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Ability to work independently
- Positive attitude
- Change driver
- Good communication skills
