As a Laboratory support team assistant in RMA R&D Lab team in Wroclaw, you will be responsible for:

scheduling Management meetings (e.g.local Lab Leadership team meetings, all hands with Business Line representatives) and arrangements relating to same (incl. invitations, Webex, venues, etc.)

travel support, ad hoc travel changes in shortest notice

time schedule/calendar management
-
circulation of documents
-
relationship building with assistants of Business Line to facilitate meetings & communications
-
preparation of letters and other documents based on given information /input as required
-
preparation of presentations and materials for meetings and events based on given information as required
-
receive and process correspondence
-
ordering office accessories, laptops, mobile phones and spending planning support, seating place arrangements, office equipment inventory
-
Competence Development coordination
-
team Wiki and other communication channels maintenance and creation (including newsletter, weekly blog entries, announcements, site level campaigns etc.)

taking care of regular statistical data collection/preparation like KPIs, Score Card, Excels with action points, annual execution plan, improvement projects, maintain org chart

co-ordination & support for special events

co-ordinate and collate materials for monthly report(s)

strong in English communication both spoken and written

good presentation skills

strong team player with excellent social skills

advanced knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as a minimum
