- Mentoring the team to be pro-active under a fast paced environment
- Being an active member of the software development process
- Providing technical leadership for the team by conducting code reviews and coaching
- Working closely with the SCRUM master to keep things running smoothly
- Work with team members to help them achieve optimum results professionally
Essential Skills:
- Strong commercial experience in programming with the latest versions of Java
- Experience using Spring framework
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Great demonstrative leadership skills
- Ability to multitask, managing different projects simultaneously
