MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Line management and personal development of a team of highly skilled developers
- Managing the delivery of multiple complex simultaneous development projects
- Working closely with the IT manager and business analysts
- Participating in reviews and meetings
- Taking responsibility for making key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives
- The work will be performed in site in Southern Germany
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Experience in software development
- Experience in IT Team management
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Knowledge of development tools (Eclipse, Git, Jenkins, Maven, Jira, Enterprise Architect)
- Good knowlege of English
