Technical Support Engineer with French

Working on this position you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical solutions and workarounds for end users on the Level 1 Calls
- Assisting customers with deployment of SonicWALL/Dell network security products like firewall, IPS/IPS and VPN solutions
- Ensuring customer satisfaction for services rendered
Knowledge and skills required:
- Excellent communication skills in French
- Communicative level of English
- Solid understanding of LAN & WAN Network topologies, in-depth knowledge of OSI Model, TCP/IP Protocol Suite, LAN/WAN access technologies, Internet Security Architectures and Routing Protocols.
- Strong Customer Service Focus
- Good knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting
- Passion to learn new concepts, technologies and processes
