Test Lead

Tasks:

Design and execution of tests for various projects in pharmaceutical industry
Defining test plans, test phases
Mentoring team members in software testing related activities
Ensuring software quality and assure that requirements fulfils customers needs

Requirements:

Proactive approach towards the managed area
Responsible for microservice organization
Responsible for microservice improvement and optimization
Min. 1 year of professional experience managing/leading test teams
Min. 4 years of professional experience within the relevant technology, application or business domain
Experience with test management tools.
Experience in designing and implementing business applications.
Strong problem solving, project planning, systems analysis, teamwork, and organizational skills
Good communication and team working skills.
Knowledge of testing and SDLC activities
Familiar with software development best practices
Knowledge of software applications relevant to the area.
Knowledge of MS Office and Google tools used for collaboration
Knowledge of testing tools: HP ALM, JIRA
