Responsibilities:
- Design and execution of tests for various projects in pharmaceutical industry
- Defining test plans, test phases
- Mentoring team members in software testing related activities
- Ensuring software quality and assure that requirements fulfils customers needs
Requirements:
- Proactive approach towards the managed area
- Responsible for microservice organization
- Responsible for microservice improvement and optimization
- Min. 1 year of professional experience managing/leading test teams
- Min. 4 years of professional experience within the relevant technology, application or business domain
- Experience with test management tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing business applications.
- Strong problem solving, project planning, systems analysis, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Good communication and team working skills.
- Knowledge of testing and SDLC activities
- Familiar with software development best practices
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Knowledge of software applications relevant to the area.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Google tools used for collaboration
- Knowledge of testing tools: HP ALM, JIRA
- English lanuage skills at least on B2 level
