Warsaw Branch Manager

Zadania:

    We are pioneering the industry with award winning resourcing services working in partnership with our clients and as part of the Groups strategic growth plans, the business now seeks a Branch Manager  to develop further its position on the Polish market.

    Operating from our head office in Warsaw, you will be responsible for the complete day to day management and delivery of the recruitment operation taking full control of the profit and loss of the business in Poland.
    Initially, your prime objective will be 'hands on', to understand the recruiting operation and to lead by example, assisting the team in achieving desired individual and branch monthly and quarterly targets. Winning business and acting as an ambassador for the plc group will be a key job requisite. The long term vision for the business is to expand throughout Poland with new offices and supplying other added value services to both existing and new clientele.

Wymagania:

    Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate:

    • Experience in managing successfully an office based on permanent revenue
    • Successfully leading, motivating and coaching a team of recruitment individuals
    • Implementing competency matrices and ensuring all employees are up skilled where possible to promote individual development and learning
    • An ability to recognise, plan and develop new revenue streams into the business
    • Developing and nurturing a brand on the Polish market place
    • Identifying, managing and coaching non performers
    • Setting targets, implementing bonus schemes and respective KPI's
    • Control costs and agreeing budgets
