Work Agency Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- management of Employment Agency 3 offices in Poland
- willing to visit all ofices in Poland regularly
- building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients
- responsibility for the proper flow of information and work of the team
- contact and cooperation with the department of personnel and administration in headquarter in the Netherlands
- labor market analyse,
- recruitment and selection of employees
- preparation of documents and letters
- current correspondence
REQUIREMENTS:
- university degree (HRM, psychology)
- good knowledge of labor law
- minimum 2 years of experience, as a manager in recruitment agency
- very good knowledge of English or German, knowledge Dutch language is a plus
- proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- large self-reliance in action, accuracy, excellent organization of work
- good leadership skills
- driving license B – active is a must
