Test automation projects:
- creation of automated test scripts
- developing & maintaining test environment
- problem troubleshooting & defect management
- maintaining test documentation
Development projects:
- understanding the requirements for the given tasks
- implementation (coding)
- verification
- documentation creation
Qualifications
- good analytical skills
- programming skills (Python, Java, Lua, GO, Bash, Ansible)
- web programming (JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, WebSocket, REST)
- Linux/Unix OS environment knowledge (command line)
- good teamwork and communication skills
- ability to understand and work with English documentation
- willingness to expand knowledge
- seen as a plus:
- cloud and microservices: Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, OpenStack
- Open Interfaces: creating APIs for an application and consuming APIs from other application, using RESTful computing principles
- Git / Gerrit / Jenkins / JIRA / Confluence
