1st line Technical Support

On behalf of our Client, a global international company located in Tricity, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of 1st Line Technical Support.

Working in this position your main duty will cover providing fast, accurate 1st line technical support for the Client’s products, delivering technical support to customers whilst enhancing their satisfaction, actively participating in responsive and effective problem solving, and employing solutions that will minimize disruptions. Moreover, proactive monitoring of a client-side infrastructure as well as proactive and reactive investigations of the incidents and service disruptions will be necessary for this position. Your duties would also cover performing customer site break fix activities remotely.

To be successful in this role you will need to have experience of working with clients in a support discipline, excellent technical knowledge and demonstrable skills in networking technologies as well as operating systems (Unix, Linux and Windows). The perfect candidate would have strong problem solving, customer service as well as communication skills. What is more, exposure to customer environment and use of CRM (Siebel, Service Cloud) and ITIL service management in the past is needed. Fluent English is a must.
