Instalowanie, migrowanie oraz uaktualnianie produktów SAP
Diagnozę bardziej złożonych problemów technicznych zgłaszanych przez użytkowników
Dostarczanie rozwiązań dla pojawiających się problemów oraz proponowanie ulepszeń zgodnie z potrzebami klienta
Wsparcie techniczne użytkowników systemu SAP na poziomie drugiej i trzeciej linii
Przeprowadzanie szkoleń dla użytkowników systemu
Współpracę z międzynarodowymi zespołami odpowiedzialnymi za wsparcie techniczne
Zapewnianie wysokiej jakości usług, zgodnych z firmowymi standardami
Wymagania:
Wykształcenie wyższe, mile widziane z obszaru technologii informacyjnych
Minimum roczne doświadczenie we wsparciu technicznym, instalacji, konfiguracji i utrzymaniu systemu SAP
Doświadczenie w monitorowaniu oraz rozwiązywaniu problemów technicznych pojawiających się w trakcie użytkowania systemu SAP
Minimum dobra znajomość systemów operacyjnych Windows oraz Linux
Doświadczenie w administracji baz danych Oracle lub MS SQL
Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
Gotowość do relokacji do Wrocławia lub Bydgoszczy
Mile widziane:
Doświadczenie w programowaniu ABAP
