We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer//Lead to work on applications for our newest devices based on the Android platform. The test engineer is expected to own the quality assurance phase of the mobile apps developed by the team.
Main responsibilities will include:
• review the Software requirements and provide feedback
• creates appropriate test scenarios based on software specification
• designs, creates, executes and maintains automated and manual tests
• performance testing and measurements
• be part of the sprint planning exercise, standups, sprint reviews and demos
• a degree in computer science, telecommunications, or closely related field
• Agile/SCRUM methodology
• min. 3-4 years of experience in testing domain
Working experience with test suite management tools like HP-ALM, Test Central etc
• Test methodologies knowledge
• Focus on Quality
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in an international team
• Very good English skills
Desired:
•device testing experience
• practical knowledge of Android
• knowledge of automation tools like Selenium
• Telecommunication standards knowledge (TETRA, APCO25, GSM, UMTS, LTE)
• Experience in radio communication systems (public safety systems preferred)
