On behalf of our Client, international financial Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Gdansk, we are looking for people for the position of AP Customer Contact with Finnish.
Perfect candidate for this position has 1-2 years experience on a similar position, advanced language competences: English and Finnish on a proficient level. We require good knowledge of MS Office tools, SAP knowledge will be an advantage. Educational or experience background in accounting would be an asset. In addition, skills like customer focus, problem solving skills and detail orientation are preferred. AP Customer Contact with Finnish will be responsible for support specialists from Accounts Payable department in resolving queries from the suppliers, prioritizing incoming tickets, preparing required operational reports to manage and forecast workload to the manager.
