Responsibilities:
Receive and verification of invoices and requisitions for goods and services
Verification of transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
Preparing of batches invoices for data entry
Data entry invoices for payment
PO handling, invoicing and Payment
Preparing wires and journal entries
Updating payroll spreadsheets
Requrements:
Experience in Accounts payable function
Fluent English or Slovak or German
End to end understanding of Procure to Pay vertical within F&A Domain
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Intermediate to high level of proficiency in MS-Excel
