- Managing the team of 8 FTEs responsible for 3 markets (Austria, Germany, Slovakia)
- Running the regular calls with in-country teams
- Monthly KPI/SLA reporting
- Monthly corporate and process related reporting
- Payment verification
- Ad hoc queries management
- Escalation management
- Vacation and back-up plan for the team
- Quarterly goals setting
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably AP area
- Experience with BPO company preferred
- Excellent command of English, German language is a plus
- Preferred experience in managing a team but not necessary
- Independent person with accounting knowledge who is not afraid of making decisions
- Open attitude with good communication skills
- Basic IT knowledge to support the team is preferred
- MS Office knowledge (especially Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with organising and running the calls with various stakeholders
