- Supervision of the whole process of German AP
- Participation in month end closing for AP
- Preparing process reports
- Delivery of KPI/SLAs as per client and internal requirements
- Providing high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Communication with internal and external customer in an effective and efficient manner
- Taking part in implementation of process improvement initiatives
- Preparing process documentation and knowledge transfer notes
- Supervision of 6 FTEs
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in AP preferably within SSC/BPO environment
- Experience in team handling
- University Graduate
- Good Excel knowledge
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Very good knowledge of German language in business context
- Knowledge of English language
- Training less-experienced/ knowledgeable coworkers
