On behalf of our Client, international company located in Gdańsk, we are urgently seeking Candidates for the position of AP Team Leader.
The Candidate will take responsibility for leading a team of approx. 15 accountants and supervising of accounts payable transactions. The person on this position needs to ensure timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions according to process documentation by monitoring, coordinating and improvement of AP process. The chosen Candidate will be also reviewing and reporting results and measure performance against Service Level Agreements, creating daily analysis of the team performance, preparing reports.
To be successful in this role you will need to have at least 4 years leadership experience, strong organisational skills and ability to motivate others. The Candidate should have experience in Accounts Payable processes. Knowledge of German and SAP would be an asset.
