Who are we looking for?

  • Good verbal and written French language 

  • Avoir La Niaque! Enthusiastic, hardworking, confident with a “can do” attitude 

  • Linux OS background with hands on experience with Applications / Middleware technologies (Apache, JBoss, Tomcat, MQ, Websphere) 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Ability to work with a minimum of supervision as well as perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines 

Desirable, but not essential:

  • Experience in a managerial position would be an asset 

  • ITIL certificate  

  • Technical background / awareness (application / middleware) 

 
Who will you be working with?

We’re currently looking for a French speaking Team Manager for a New Logo (French customer). 
The selected candidate will lead the Level2 team (20 experienced engineers) within the engagement and ensure that the levels of service meet or exceed service targets/aspirations and clients’ expectations.  
He/she will contribute to the early identification and escalation of service issues and monitor the quality of the service. He/she will focus on continuous improvement and spot automation opportunities. 
He/she will be responsible for the day-to-day team management: planning, performance management, coaching and mentoring.
