We are looking for experienced Application Specialist to work for our nordic financial Customer .

Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for one of our business critical systems supporting the Retail trading business
- Contribute to improving, testing and deploying new features
- Provide exceptional technical support to the Retail trading business
- Focus on clear communication keeping all your stakeholders informed
- Improve configuration management for servers and platforms
- Focus on increasing operational stability of trading processes
- Analyse support requests for root cause, determine preventive actions and outline change recommendations
Requirements:
- Professional experience with configuration management and automation tools
- Practical knowledge of SQL (experience with Microsoft SQL Server would be an advantage)
- Scripting skills (for example: batch, PowerShell, bash)
- Knowledge and experience with the Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence, Stash)
- Understanding of distributed version control systems (Git)
- Experience with Agile processes
- Technical skills in Java and related technologies would be an asset
- Academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fast learner and self-driven
- Problem-solving attitude
- Previous experience with trading environments/systems would be an advantage
- Fluent English
- Readiness for business trips outside of Poland (mostly within the Nordic countries
