This position is based at IVONA headquarters in Gdynia, Poland.
Right now, we are looking for a talented, 5th year student or graduate to our Audio department on paid internship. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain some valuable experience working in all aspects of a high technology. As an Audio Intern you will learn
- How to post-process recorded audio data fast and with superb quality.
- How to organize and conduct voice-over recording - How to remove noises, audio glitches, hiss noises, clicks, and crackles from audio data and how to avoid such artifacts during the recording process.
- How to effectively work with remote recording studios.
- The newest trends and developments in audio technology.
- How to work in a dynamically changing, strongly technical environment.
- How to cooperate with non-audio people.
Basic Qualifications
- 5th year student or graduate of audio/sound engineering.
- Experience in audio editing and recoding.
- Basic knowledge of ProTools and at least one sound editing software (Adobe Audition, Sound Forge, Wavelab).
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of Japanese
- Experience in theatre, broadcast or an environment, were speech and writing is used as the main medium.
- Interest in the audio industry.
