On behalf of our Client, internationally recognized BSC Company in Gdynia, we are currently looking for Candidates, who will hold the position of Business Analyst.

Business Analyst will work with Service Delivery team colleagues to understand and then to support the team’s research, data, analysis and planning needs, recommends appropriate ways to present data, information and analysis in order to meet the needs of a range of different audiences as well as analyse and respond to complex queries from colleagues, clients and other Service users, keeping track of any recurring issues. In addition, person on this position will produce fit for purpose presentation materials for meetings, conferences, seminars and training, identify and capture client requirements then produce functional specifications from those requirements and support strategic client planning. The Business Analyst will report to the Head of Service Delivery and build productive relationships with customers.

To be successful in this position you should demonstrate extensive experience of identifying and capturing client requirements then writing functional specifications from those requirements, significant business and functional analysis skills (process re-engineering experience advantageous), broad experience of data integration, data mastering and data distribution a proven ability to analyse, map and distribute that data to best business benefit as well as deep intellectual interest in e.g. global economics, finance, etc. The ideal candidate should be able to Experience in Lean or Kaizen is a must.
