Rensponsibilities:
- Work closely with our BCM Lead, Business Change Manager colleagues and other team members to en-sure coordinated efforts
- Create stakeholder mappings and manage matching communication to different levels of stakeholders
- Prepare stakeholder management and end user adoption plans
- Facilitate workshops to create understanding of the changes
- Produce communication materials and run training sessions
- Set and follow up on initiatives KPIs
- Support other ad hoc change initiatives
