On behalf of our Client, internationally recognized BSC Company in Gdynia, we are currently looking for Candidates, who will hold the position of Business Service Support.
Maintaining the highest standard of service while resolving customers enquiries will give you the opportunity to enhance communication and interpersonal skills. You would play a role of a valuable support for our Client’s partners, (financial institutions, end-clients) having to manage the correspondence via email, phone or chat. Striving to solve the problem right on the first call, you would have to stay in close relation to Clients, Business Support Team Leader and the rest of the team in order to gain complex understanding of the matter you currently work on.
Relying on your previous experience in customer service or technical customer service (knowledge of KYC and compliance systems and platforms would be an asset) is crucial and will definitely help you succeed in this position. Furthermore the abilities to listen carefully and multitask appear essential. Dynamic and international environment also requires excellent dialog comprehension and fluency in English.
