As a Junior Consultant/Senior Business Support Specialist you will be a part of Business Support Office and your skills and competences will be considered and can be used within the areas listed below:
- Business Support office activities cover the following areas:
- Creating advanced reports using MS Excel
- Consolidate data, push and drive initiatives throughout the organization
- Produce presentations and present where appropriate.
- Progress & Financial Reporting
- Setup & maintain the templates to capture the financial information
- Setting up and administration of progress plans
- Management support - scheduling, planning, co-ordination, meeting minutes taking and reporting on further actions.
- Manage the Change Control process (internal & external)
- Compile Staff Induction Packs
- Other back office co-ordination activities
Job Requirements (mandatory)
- Excellent English communications skills - must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing (at least B2 level according to internal assessment)
- Good command of German language would be a great advantage;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel; Knowledge of Microsoft Project and presentation skills will be an advantage
- Min. 2 years in business analysis, business consultancy, business continuous improvement
- Ability to communicate at all layers, ability to work over clusters, dynamics
- Attention to details
- Ability to facilitate discussions and reach compromise to establish agreed decisions and actions. Strong problem solving skills
- Being a team player - working together by sharing knowledge, taking a positive role in teambuilding and seeking opportunities for cross-functional working and collaboration
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to adapt communication styles to the team members and contractors playing a broad spectrum of roles in various disciplines and on various organisational levels.
Job Requirements (desired)
- Good understanding of business processes
- English as a corporate business standard
- Knowledge of PMI/Prince2/ITIL will be an advantage
- Excellent reporting and documentation skills using a variety of reporting packages
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with the business partners
