Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading and managing entire accounting according to IFRS including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, Cash Management and Taxes.
- Set up an internal accounting team and take over accounting function from the external accounting office.
- Managing and developing the Accounting Team.
- Supervision over the recording of economic operations by tax regulations and international accounting standards.
- Correct and timely tax settlements, preparing tax returns.
- Preparation of financial statements of the company and monthly reporting to the Group (ConsoPack).
- Maintenance and improvement of internal accounting and control policies and procedures.
- (Leading external audits related to financial statements and tax).
- Preparing statistical and other reports required by law (Central Statistical Office, National Polish Bank etc.).
- Very close cooperation with Controlling team.
- Contact point for external financial and tax auditors and responsible for managing these audits.
If you have:
- Over 10 years experience in leading entire accounting operations in a production company (the best in an international environment).
- Practical knowledge of VAT, CIT, WHT settlement.
- (Good knowledge of Polish accounting rules and IFRS)
- Very experienced with SAP ERP systems is a prerequisite
- University degree (Economy, Accounting, Finance or related)
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
- Very good English level
- Excellent team player spirit
