Job Description:
The primary purpose of the EPC-M Cloud Administrator is to provide technical support for EPC-M product (Enterprise Private Cloud based on Microsoft technologies) that is a part of Cloud portfolio services. This support entails proactive management on infrastructure based on Microsoft technologies (Windows server 2012R2, Hyper-V, AD, SQL,) that is an underling component for application or platform layers, for instance Anytime Collaboration.
- Take part in end to end EPC-M onboarding for new customers
- Accountable for administrating the cloud IaaS layer, so the interconnected system of hardware, storage, and network to support and maintain the infrastructure
- Perform manual operations and changes on the infrastructure
- Identify, diagnose, resolve and deliver root cause analysis for automatic alerts, issues and incidents
- Manage and resolve incident, problem and change tickets
- Ensures optimal health and performance of the cloud infrastructure
- Cross functional teamwork to keep security at high-level
- Accountable for patch management
- Plans for facility & hardware failures and maintenance
Job Requirements:
- Administration & troubleshooting skills on operating systems (predominantly Windows Server) and hardware (Dell blades)
- Proven knowledge in the technologies:
- Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2
- Microsoft Hyper-V
- Fail-over clustering
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, KMS and PKI Services
- SQL Server 2012
- Dell OpenManage
- Quick learning
- Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
