In continuously developing the Agile Release Train “My Digital Workspace” we are striving to bring modern collaboration tools and cloud solutions to our colleagues across the world. For that reason, we are looking for a Cloud Migration Specialist to join our growing team.
Migration specialist with strong technical knowledge and an eye for details
You will be involved in migration execution of various on-premise legacy solutions, to modern cloud-based collaboration services. You will manage the application infrastructure discovery and develop the roadmap for who the migration is best executed. Assist the Release Train Architect in the definition of chosen move method and document picked a point of arrival. Serve as single point of contact for technical infrastructure and associated migration questions. In overview, your primary tasks will be to
- Act as an SME on the migration tool and techniques
- Drive the migration tool deployment and configuration
- Lead the technical implementation of the migration wave
- Validate target infrastructure readiness for migration
You have proven experience of working on Windows & Linux platforms. Experience in one or more migration or synchronization tools like SharePoint Migration Tool, Exchange Hybrid Configuration, Azure AD Connect, Microsoft Transporter Suite, Notes Migrator for SharePoint etc.
Subject-Matter expertise in at least one of the following technical domains: Database (Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012/2014/2016), File Storage (Windows Server, Isilon), Exchange Server (2010/2016/Online), SharePoint (2013/2016/Online), Lotus Domino 9. Strong scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Shell-scripting/Perl etc.)
