Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Manage activities and performance of the team, including running discovery calls, assignments, and tracking of cases and EOD/WBR reports.
- People management of PA community for their respective region.
- Lead Sales engagements both on a one-on-one basis through collaboration on incoming requests, as well as with Sales leaders to understand business needs, share back cluster performance and articulate any requests for them.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content: pitch decks, one-pagers, and proposals.
- Support content repository creation to store research information, design templates, and training materials.
- Develop and conduct vertical and solution-focused specialization programs for pitch analysts
- 5+ years of overall experience.
- Knowledge of the English language at least C1 level.
- Demonstrated achievements in Market Research/Field Sales/Inside Sales/ Consulting/Technology Research.
- Proven experience in making high-quality pitch decks.
- Excellent numeric, economic, and analytical skills.
- Strong Client Focus and “can-do” attitude.
- Breaks down a problem into straightforward actions and tasks.
