About you:
- you have deep passion, curiosity and understanding of home furnishing, peoples' everyday life at home, interior design, shopping behaviours, retailing and communication,
- you are able to connect strong business attitude with a sense of aesthetic & Scandinavian design feeling,
- you have a design-based/artistic educational qualification and a solid background of working in a design-oriented role,
- you have experience in retail/trade, are able to analyze sales data and purchasing decisions of customers,
- you are an inspiring and motivating leader who can manage diverse team and engage people fully in reaching goals, generating growth and long-term profitability,
- you are mobile and ready for development possibilities in different IKEA locations,
- you are fluent in Polish and English.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- working with a team to visualize the IKEA Brand identity through the unique way we furnish homes, design stores and communicate our Swedish roots,
- securing that IKEA home furnishing solutions provide a successful shopping experience for our customers,

- creating and implementing a development strategy in areas related to visual/graphic communication, merchandising and seasonality, meeting the needs of the local market (deciding on priorities, budgets, approving action plans & time schedules),

ABOUT THIS WORK AREA
As a Store Communication & Interior Design Manager you will manage the areas of graphic communication, visual merchandising & interior design. Your responsibilities will include setting the strategic directions of development in these fields, in close cooperation with the store management team, as well as with teams responsible for these areas.
