Computerised Systems Specialist

You will take care of:
- System administrator for scientific software used by up to 70 users in a pharmaceutical company
- User account management
- Software configuration management
- Software troubleshooting
- Backup and archiving of data
- First level support to users in case of administrative tasks
- Communication with supplier of the software
If you have:
- IT background
- Understanding ITIL and service management aspects in general
- Experience within Citrix environment
- Oracle DB administration is of advantage
- Understanding of back-up aspects is an advantage
- Knowledge of administration of databases in a server-client environment
- Knowledge of scientific software like Empower, Chromeleon and LIMS is of advantage
- Team worker who likes interacting with people from different departments
- Knowledge of validation of computerized system
- Fluent spoken Polish and English
