Having a well-maintained software portfolio supporting all operations in the quality control unit is crucial. With the growth in our QC unit, we also need to extend capacities for maintaining this software portfolio. In this position, you will work in close contact with quality control personnel, IT and the quality assurance unit.

You will take care of:

System administration for scientific software (e.g. Empower, LIMS) used by up to 70 users in a pharmaceutical company
Software configuration management
Software troubleshooting
User account management
Backup and archiving of data
First level support to users in case of administrative tasks
Communication with supplier of the software

If you have:

IT background
- Understanding ITIL and service management aspects in general
- Experience within Citrix environment
- Oracle DB administration is of advantage
- Understanding of back-up aspects is an advantage
- Knowledge of administration of databases in a server-client environment
Knowledge of scientific software like Empower, Chromeleon and LIMS is of advantage
Knowledge about procedures in analytical laboratories of advantage
Team worker who likes interacting with people from different departments
Knowledge of validation of computerised system
Fluent spoken Polish and English
