Consultant DevOps and Cloud

Major responsibilities
- Present DevOps principles and guide journey towards agile, DevOps oriented organization.
- Build automated Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipelines.
- Propose lightweight solutions for managing test environments, leveraging PaaS (Platform as a Service model).
- Have a understanding of on-premises technologies
- Implement and design solutions for automating Software Delivery Life Cycle.
- Be up to date with the latest technologies supporting DevOps transition and be able to translate new ideas into tangible solutions.
- Explain Cloud transition benefits guide the journey towards managed IT or Business services, based on Cloud solutions.
- All in all, you have a solid engineering-technical background experience with conceptualising, strategizing and architecting cloud solutions.
- Communicate with Client to understand infrastructure challenges and risks and be able to propose solutions and a roadmap for transformation.
Basic Qualifications
- Degree in technical subject.
- Programming/scripting skills.
- Very good English communication (written and oral).
- Experience with Continuous Integration tools, like Jenkins or Bamboo.
- Skills related to containerized environments and technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift.
- Experience with public Cloud providers: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, etc.
Nice to have
- Experience or knowledge of test automation frameworks is nice to have.
- Experience with Git or other source control systems.
- Experience on similar position within multinational company will be an advantage.
- Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
