Place of work: Central Poland
The person working on this position will be responsible for:
- ensuring professional technical support services for the customers via phone and email;
-working on 1-st or 2-nd line support;
- day-to-day contact with system administrators from internal IT departments;
-resolve technical problems;
-shift work;

- previous professional experience on the position of IT Support Engineer or any other related to IT e.g. system administrator; IT Specialist etc. that required advanced IT troubleshooting;
- knowledge of operating systems Windows 7 and Windows XP;
- PC, printer and networking troubleshooting skills;
- fluency in German;
- minimum intermediate level of English enabling participation in international training and day-to-day communication within international team;
- good analytical and problem-solving skills;
