Responsibilities:
- Content moderation/reviewing work
- Reviewing sensitive/disturbing content
- Data analysis and classification according to Client’s guidelines
- Reviewing and taking action on content that violates Client’s policies
- Providing the highest quality of the analysed content
- Delivering specified daily amount of content as per project’s requirements
- Documentation support & research
- German / French language knowledge (B2 level minimum)
- Ability to understand modern jargons and different dialects of the required language
- English language knowledge (B1 level minimum)
- Computer fluency and understanding of software and advanced internet functions
- MS Office skills
- A passion for digital technology
- Be open and comfortable to be exposed to highly sensitive content on a daily basis
- Ability to evaluate content by referring to policy
- Excellent reading comprehension skills in the required language
- Analytical and research skills
- Ability to adapt to fast and dynamically evolving Client’s regulations
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines
