Contract Manager works closely with the Account teams and support functions (Legal etc), is responsible for contractual obligations and risk management and mitigation strategies, escalating, consulting and/or informing the support functions (among others, Legal) when needed, CM ensures awareness of contract management process and compliance.

Contractual Awareness:

respond to inquiries regarding contractual documentation interpretation

ensure the engagement team is aware of contractual requirements & relevant internal policies,

jointly with the project team implement and monitor compliance of the contract

support contractual negotiations (preparing documentation, supporting strategy etc) and

provide advice on how to exploit Commercial Levers (contract terms that benefit project’s finances, or that allow for modifications)
