Your new company
On behalf of our Client, an international company with office in Gdańsk, we are currently recruiting for the position of Intern in Customer Service Department.  

Your new role
Your responsibilities will be included receiving, processing and verifying the customers’ orders. Cooperation with different departments within Client order to assure order fulfilment. Ensuring customer requirements are properly documented and communicated regarding the orders

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, the Candidate needs to speak fluent English and very good German. The person in this position must be customer oriented, have creative attitude to problem-solving and work efficiently under time pressure. Experience as customer service specialist would be an advantage.
